Abstract
A wireless base station extracts a connection base station from a plurality of other wireless base stations, as a candidate of a wireless base station which communicates user data with a wireless communication terminal, based on positional information of the wireless communication terminal, information of a wireless communication method capable of being employed by the wireless communication terminal, information of ranges in which the other wireless base stations are able to communicate, and information of wireless communication methods capable of being employed by the other wireless base stations.
Claims17
A wireless base station that communicates control data with a wireless communication terminal, and retains positional information items of a plurality of other wireless base stations, the wireless base station comprising:
- a receiver that receives positional information of the wireless communication terminal and information of a wireless communication method capable of being employed by the wireless communication terminal;
- an extractor that extracts a connection base station which communicates user data with the wireless communication terminal from the plurality of other wireless base stations based on the positional information of the wireless communication terminal, the information of the wireless communication method capable of being employed by the wireless communication terminal, information of ranges in which the other wireless base stations are able to communicate, and information of wireless communication methods capable of being employed by the other wireless base stations;
- and
- a transmitter that transmits information of the connection base station to the wireless communication terminal.
A wireless communication system that includes a wireless communication terminal, a first wireless base station capable of communicating control data with the wireless communication terminal, and a plurality of second wireless base stations capable of communicating user data with the wireless communication terminal,
- wherein the wireless communication terminal includes
- a first detector that detects the first wireless base station,
- a second detector that detects positional information of the wireless communication terminal, and
- a communicator that transmits positional information of the wireless communication terminal and information of a wireless communication method capable of being employed by the wireless communication terminal, receives information of a connection base station which communicates user data with the wireless communication terminal, and communicates the user data with the connection base station,
- the first wireless base station includes
- a receiver that receives the positional information of the wireless communication terminal and the information of the wireless communication method capable of being employed by the wireless communication terminal,
- an extractor that extracts the connection base station from the plurality of second wireless base stations based on the positional information of the wireless communication terminal, the information of the wireless communication method capable of being employed by the wireless communication terminal, information of ranges in which the second wireless base stations are able to communicate, and information of wireless communication methods capable of being employed by the second wireless base stations, and
- a transmitter that transmits information of the connection base station to the wireless communication terminal, and
- the connection base station includes a communicator which communicates the user data with the wireless communication terminal.
A base station allocation method in a wireless base station that communicates control data with a wireless communication terminal and retains positional information items of a plurality of other wireless base stations, the method comprising:
- receiving positional information of the wireless communication terminal and information of a wireless communication method capable of being employed by the wireless communication terminal;
- extracting a connection base station which communicates user data with the wireless communication terminal from the plurality of other wireless base stations based on the positional information of the wireless communication terminal, the information of the wireless communication method capable of being employed by the wireless communication terminal, information of ranges in which the other wireless base stations are able to communicate, and information of wireless communication methods capable of being employed by the other wireless base stations;
- and
- transmitting information of the connection base station to the wireless communication terminal.
