A hetero-cyclic compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1:

• in Chemical Formula 1,
• X1 and X2 are the same as or different from each other, and are each independently N or CR1,
• R1 to R9 are the same as or different from each other, and are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen;
• deuterium;
• halogen;
• —SiR10R11R12;
• —P(═O)R13R14;
• a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C60 alkyl;
• a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C60 aryl;
• a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C60 heteroaryl;
• and an amine which is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more substituents selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C60 alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C60 aryl, and a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C60 heteroaryl, and
• R10 to R14 are the same as or different from each other, and are each independently hydrogen;
• deuterium;
• a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C60 alkyl;
• a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C60 aryl;
• or a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C60 heteroaryl.
