Abstract
A method of producing a carrier for an optoelectronic component includes providing a lead frame having an upper side and a lower side; arranging a first film on the lower side of the lead frame; arranging a second film on the upper side of the lead frame; forming a molded body from a molding material, the lead frame being embedded in the molded body; and removing the first film and the second film.

A method of producing a carrier for an optoelectronic component comprising:
- providing a lead frame having an upper side and a lower side;
- arranging a first film on the lower side of the lead frame;
- arranging a second film on the upper side of the lead frame;
- forming a molded body from a molding material, the lead frame being embedded in the molded body;
- and
- removing the first film and the second film.
