Abstract
A method includes identifying, by a computing device including a processor, a plurality of words from data. The method includes determining a location of the computing device. The method includes determining, by the computing device, a sound output level based on the location. The method also includes generating, by the computing device, digital sound data based on the sound output level and the plurality of words identified from the data.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- identifying, by a computing device including a processor, a plurality of words from data;
- determining a location of the computing device;
- determining, by the computing device, a sound output level based on the location;
- and
- generating, by the computing device, digital sound data based on the sound output level and the plurality of words identified from the data.
A computing device comprising:
- a speaker;
- a processor coupled to the speaker;
- and
- a memory accessible to the processor, the memory including instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising:
- identifying a plurality of words in data;
- determining a location associated with the processor;
- determining a sound output level based on the location;
- generating digital sound data based on the sound output level and the plurality of words;
- and
- outputting sound from the speaker based on the sound output level and the plurality of words.
A computer-readable storage device storing instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising:
- identifying a plurality of words in data;
- determining a location associated with the processor;
- determining an ambient sound level;
- determining a sound output level based on the location and the ambient sound level;
- and
- generating digital sound data based on the sound output level and the plurality of words.
