Abstract
An anti-theft method and apparatus relating to the field of anti-theft technologies, and to reduce costs. The anti-theft method includes obtaining a detection signal from a terminal device, where the detection signal is a signal sent by the terminal device when the terminal device detects an available network, and performs an alarm operation when the detection signal meets a preset condition. The anti-theft method may be applied in daily life in order to ensure family property security.
Claims21
An anti-theft method, implemented by a router, comprising:
- obtaining a WI-FI detection signal from a terminal device, wherein the WI-FI detection signal is sent by the terminal device when the terminal device detects an available WI-FI network;
- and
- performing an alarm operation when the WI-FI detection signal meets a preset condition,
- wherein performing the alarm operation comprises sending an alarm message to a preset terminal device which is a device of a user of the router.

An anti-theft apparatus, comprising:
- a memory comprising instructions;
- and
- a processor coupled to the memory, wherein the instructions cause the processor to be configured to:
- obtain a WI-FI detection signal from a terminal device, wherein the WI-FI detection signal is sent by the terminal device when the terminal device detects an available WI-FI network;
- and
- perform an alarm operation when the detection signal meets a preset condition,
- wherein when performing the alarm operation, the instructions further cause the processor to be configured to send an alarm message to a preset terminal device, and
- wherein the preset terminal device is a device of a user of the anti-theft apparatus.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs including instructions, which, when executed by a router with one or more processors and one or more memories, cause the router to:
- obtain a WI-FI detection signal from a terminal device, wherein the WI-FI detection signal is sent by the terminal device when the terminal device detects an available WI-FI network;
- and perform an alarm operation when the detection signal meets a preset condition,
- wherein when performing the alarm operation, the instructions further cause the router to be configured to send an alarm message to a preset terminal device, and wherein the preset terminal device is a device of a user of the router.
