Abstract
Digital programmed logic implemented on a computing device programmed to cause the display of an electronic document on a graphical user interface within the computing device. The electronic document displayed includes a plurality of data items of information. The programmed logic is programmed to automatically generate summary data that summarizes at least two data items from the plurality of data items included in the electronic document. The programmed logic is further programmed to generate a virtual sticky and display the virtual sticky on the electronic document. The virtual sticky displays the automatically generated summary data and the display of the virtual sticky is overlaid onto at least a portion of the display of the electronic document.
Claims20
An apparatus comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- one or more memories storing instructions which, when processed by one or more processors, cause:
- display of an electronic document on a graphical user interface of a computing device, wherein the electronic document includes a plurality of data items;
- automatically generating summary data that summarizes at least two or more data items from the plurality of data items in the electronic document;
- generating and causing to be displayed on the electronic document, a virtual sticky that displays the automatically generated summary data that summarizes the at least two or more data items from the plurality of data items in the electronic document, wherein the virtual sticky overlays at least a portion of the electronic document.
One or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing instructions, which, when processed by one or more processors, cause:
- display of an electronic document on a graphical user interface of a computing device, wherein the electronic document includes a plurality of data items;
- automatically generating summary data that summarizes at least two or more data items from the plurality of data items in the electronic document;
- generating and causing to be displayed on the electronic document, a virtual sticky that displays the automatically generated summary data that summarizes the at least two or more data items from the plurality of data items in the electronic document, wherein the virtual sticky overlays at least a portion of the electronic document.
A computer-implemented method comprising:
- causing display of an electronic document on a graphical user interface of a computing device, wherein the electronic document includes a plurality of data items;
- automatically generating summary data that summarizes at least two or more data items from the plurality of data items in the electronic document;
- generating and causing to be displayed on the electronic document, a virtual sticky that displays the automatically generated summary data that summarizes the at least two or more data items from the plurality of data items in the electronic document, wherein the virtual sticky overlays at least a portion of the electronic document.
