Control method for information apparatus and computer-readable recording medium

A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium which stores a program to be executed by an information apparatus having a display and being connected to a network, one or more target devices being controlled over the network, the program causing a computer of the information apparatus to:

• display a display screen on the display, the display screen representing a floor plan for one floor including at least two rooms;
• display device icons representing the one or more target devices within regions of the respective rooms included in the floor plan represented on the display screen, the device icons being initially displayed at positions within the regions of the respective rooms included in the floor plan;
• and
• when it is sensed that an illumination icon representing an illumination device among the one or more target devices is selected within a region of any room of the at least two rooms included in the floor plan, display a region corresponding to the room, in which it is sensed that the illumination icon is selected, with brightness not less than specific brightness, in a case where power for the illumination device installed in the room, in which it is sensed that the illumination icon is selected, is on.
