Claims8
An apparatus comprising:
- a portable housing containing
- a lid,
- a light source,
- a photosensitive array of pixels at a first surface,
- the first surface being configured to receive a specimen with at least a part of the specimen within a near-field distance from the first surface,
- a second surface configured to be movable to and from a predefined position relative to the first surface, and
- a fluid flow system configured to enable a droplet of the specimen to be applied from a pipette or syringe to the surface associated with the array.
