Abstract
A busbar current sensor assembly includes a busbar member that includes a first cavity and a second cavity. The second cavity is disposed opposite the first cavity. The busbar current sensor assembly also includes a first current sensor disposed in the first cavity such that the first cavity at least partially surrounds the first current sensor and a second current sensor disposed in the second cavity such that the second cavity at least partially surrounds the second current sensor.
Claims20
A busbar current sensor assembly, comprising:
- a busbar member including
- a base including a first surface facing in a first direction and a second surface facing in a second direction, the first direction being opposite the second direction,
- a first boundary wall extending from the first surface of the base in a direction away from the second surface, the first boundary wall and the first surface cooperating to define a first cavity, and
- a second boundary wall extending from the second surface of the base in a direction away from the first surface, the second boundary wall and the second surface cooperating to define a second cavity;
- a first current sensor disposed in the first cavity;
- and
- a second current sensor disposed in the second cavity.
