A phthalonitrile resin comprising polymerized units derived from a compound of Formula 1 below:
- wherein R1 to R10 are each independently hydrogen, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryl group, or a cyano group, provided that at least two of R1 to R5 are a cyano group and at least two of R6 to R10 are a cyano group, X1 and X2 are each independently an alkylene group, an alkylidene group, an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 are the same or different aromatic divalent radical from one another, n is a number of 1 or more, m is a number of 1 or more, L1 is an alkylene group or an alkylidene group, and L2 is an alkylene group or an alkylidene group, substituted with a monovalent radical of Formula 2 below:
- wherein R11 to R15 are each independently hydrogen, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryl group, or a cyano group, provided that at least two of R11 to R15 are a cyano group, X3 is an alkylene group, an alkylidene group, an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, and Ar4 is an aromatic divalent radical.
A polymerizable composition comprising a compound of Formula 1 below and a curing agent:
