An anchorage device is provided that is configured to surround an implantable medical device. The anchorage device includes a substrate having a hemostatic agent and an active pharmaceutical ingredient selectively positioned on the substrate. Kits, systems and methods are disclosed.

An anchorage device configured to surround an implantable medical device, the anchorage device comprising:
- a substrate;
- and
- a hemostatic agent selectively positioned on the substrate.
An anchorage device configured to surround an implantable medical device, the anchorage device comprising:
- a substrate comprising a hemostatic agent;
- and
- an active pharmaceutical ingredient selectively positioned on the substrate.
An anchorage device configured to surround an implantable medical device, the anchorage device comprising:
- a substrate consisting of tranexamic acid;

- rifampin and minocycline selectively positioned on the substrate.
