Abstract
A communication device for offloading communication traffic is characterized by including: first means for identifying an attribute of a communication terminal based on a message transmitted by the communication terminal to connect to a wireless network; and second means that can instruct the communication terminal to reconnect to a base station corresponding to the attribute according to the identified attribute.
Claims21
A communication device comprising:
- first unit configured to identify an attribute of a communication terminal based on a message transmitted by the communication terminal to connect to a wireless network;
- and
- second unit capable of instructing the communication terminal to reconnect to a base station corresponding to the attribute according to the identified attribute.
A communication device comprising:
- first unit configured to identify an attribute of a communication terminal based on a message transmitted by the communication terminal to connect to a wireless network;
- and
- second unit capable of instructing a handover of the communication terminal to a base station that has received the message from the communication terminal according to the identified attribute.
A communication method comprising:
- identifying an attribute of a communication terminal based on a message transmitted by the communication terminal to connect to a wireless network;
- and
- instructing the communication terminal to reconnect to a base station corresponding to the attribute according to the identified attribute.
