• Hal are one or more elements selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br and I;
• 0≦a≦3;
• 0≦b≦5;
• 0≦c≦6;
• 1≦e≦4;
• 0≦f≦2;
• 0≦g≦6;
• 0≦h≦1;
• 0≦i≦1;
• where the following applies to the indices:
• a+2b+3c=3e+3f+2g+2h+i;
• 2≦a+b+c≦6;
• 2≦e+f+g+h+i≦6;
• the compound Ca2BN2F:Eu is excluded from the invention.
