Abstract
This invention relates generally to systems and methods for multifocal direct brain stimulation to enhance cognitive processing, such as but not limited to stimulation-induced modulation of memory.
Claims28
A method of enhancing a cognitive process in a subject having a disease or neurological injury, the method comprising applying an intracranial electrical stimulation to a plurality of nodes in different regions of the brain of the subject, wherein the intracranial electrical stimulation is applied at nodes in different regions of the brain of the subject that are active during an effective cognitive process.
