Abstract
The present invention relates to combinations and pharmaceutical compositions comprising siponimod and laquinimod, and the use of said combinations and/or compositions for the treatment of multiple sclerosis, particularly secondary progressive multiple sclerosis.

A method for the treatment, prevention or delay of progression of secondary progressive multiple sclerosis in a subject in need of such treatment, which comprises administering to said subject a therapeutically effective amount of a combination comprising siponimod and laquinimod.
A method for the treatment, prevention or delay of progression of secondary progressive multiple sclerosis in a subject in need of such treatment, which comprises
- (i) diagnosing said secondary progressive multiple sclerosis in said subject, and
- (ii) administering to said subject a therapeutically effective amount of a combination comprising siponimod and laquinimod.
