An emulsion preconcentrate composition comprising:
- from about 60 to about 85 wt % of an omega-3 fatty acid oil;
- and from about 15 to about 40 wt % of a surfactant selected from polyoxyethylene castor oil derivatives, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid esters, and mixtures thereof;
- based on the total weight of the omega-3 fatty acid oil and the surfactant in the composition.
