Abstract
The present invention provides a method and device for configuring an uplink operating frequency band for user equipment from among all the uplink system bands. The user equipment transmits an uplink control channel on the uplink frequency band. The uplink operating frequency band includes six resource blocks in a frequency domain. The uplink control channel is transmitted using the lowest frequency resource block and the highest frequency resource block from among the six resource blocks within the uplink operating frequency band.
Claims15
A method of transmitting an uplink signal by a user equipment (UE), the method comprising:
- configuring an uplink operation frequency band for the UE from out of an entire uplink system band;
- and
- transmitting an uplink control channel in the uplink operation frequency band,
- wherein the uplink operation frequency band includes 6 resource blocks in a frequency domain, and
- wherein the uplink control channel is transmitted using the lowest frequency resource block and the highest frequency resource block among the 6 resource blocks within the uplink operation frequency band.
A user equipment (UE) for transmitting an uplink signal, the UE comprising:
- a radio frequency (RF) unit;
- and
- a processor configured to control the RF unit,
- wherein the processor is configured to
- configure an uplink operation frequency band for the UE from out of an entire uplink system band, and control the RF unit to transmit an uplink control channel in the uplink operation frequency band, and
- wherein the uplink operation frequency band includes 6 resource blocks in a frequency domain, and
- wherein the uplink control channel is transmitted using the lowest frequency resource block and the highest frequency resource block among the 6 resource blocks within the uplink operation frequency band.
A method of receiving an uplink signal by a base station (BS), the method comprising:
- allocating an uplink operation frequency band for a user equipment (UE) from out of an entire uplink system band;
- and
- receiving an uplink control channel in the uplink operation frequency band from the UE,
- wherein the uplink operation frequency band includes 6 resource blocks in a frequency domain, and
- wherein the uplink control channel is received using the lowest frequency resource block and the highest frequency resource block among the 6 resource blocks within the uplink operation frequency band.
A base station (BS) for receiving an uplink signal, the BS comprising:
- a radio frequency (RF) unit;
- and
- a processor configured to control the RF unit,
- wherein the processor is configured to allocate an uplink operation frequency band for a user equipment (UE) from out of an entire uplink system band, and control the RF unit to receive an uplink control channel in the uplink operation frequency band from the UE, and
- wherein the uplink operation frequency band includes 6 resource blocks in a frequency domain, and
- wherein the uplink control channel is received using the lowest frequency resource block and the highest frequency resource block among the 6 resource blocks within the uplink operation frequency band.
