Abstract
A message processing method, a node device, and user equipment is disclosed. A second node determines a first message, where the first message is used to instruct user equipment to receive a system message of a first node cell or used to indicate that a system message of a first node cell is updated; and the second node sends the first message to the user equipment. In accordance with the present disclosure, the user equipment can reside on the second node and be paged by the second node, and a first node does not need to perform paging, thereby reducing an air interface resource.
Claims22
A node device, comprising:
- a determining unit, configured to determine a first message, wherein the first message is used to instruct user equipment to receive a system message of a first node cell or used to indicate that a system message of a first node cell is updated;
- and
- a sending unit, configured to send the first message determined by the determining unit to the user equipment.
A node device, comprising:
- a determining unit, configured to determine first node information and a fifth message, wherein the fifth message is used to page user equipment, or used to instruct user equipment to access a network, or used to instruct user equipment to establish a radio resource control (RRC) connection, and the first node information is used to provide information about a first node to the user equipment;
- and
- a sending unit, configured to send the first node information and the fifth message determined by the determining unit to the user equipment.
User equipment, comprising:
- a first receiving unit, configured to receive a first message sent by a second node, wherein the first message is used to instruct the user equipment to receive a system message of a first node cell, or used to instruct the user equipment to receive an updated system message of a first node cell;
- and
- a second receiving unit, configured to receive the system message of the first node cell or receive the updated system message of the first node cell according to the first message received by the first receiving unit.
User equipment, comprising:
- a receiving unit, configured to receive a fifth message sent by a second node and first node information, wherein the fifth message is used to page the user equipment, or used to instruct the user equipment to access a network, or used to instruct the user equipment to establish a radio resource control (RRC) connection, and the first node information is used to provide information about a first node to the user equipment;
- and
- an access unit, configured to access the first node according to the first node information and the fifth message received by the receiving unit.
