Communication system

A method performed by a mobile station which communicates with a base station, the method comprising:

• receiving, from the base station, a signal which comprises a periodicity;
• receiving at least one discovery signal based on the periodicity,
• wherein the at least one discovery signal comprises primary synchronization signal, secondary synchronization signal, and at least one signal for the mobile station to measure at least one of Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) and Reference Signal Received Quality (RSRQ).

A base station which communicates with a mobile station, the base station comprising:

• a transceiver circuit configured to transmit, to the mobile station, a message which includes a periodicity;
• wherein the transceiver circuit is further configure to transmit at least one discovery signal based on the periodicity;
• wherein the at least one discovery signal comprises primary synchronization signal, secondary synchronization signal, and at least one signal for the mobile station to measure at least one of Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) and Reference Signal Received Quality (RSRQ).

A mobile station which communicates with a base station, the mobile station comprising:

• a transceiver circuit configured to receive, from the base station, a signal which comprises a periodicity;
• wherein the transceiver circuit is further configure to receive at least one discovery signal based on the periodicity,
• wherein the at least one discovery signal comprises primary synchronization signal, secondary synchronization signal, and at least one signal for the mobile station to measure at least one of Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) and Reference Signal Received Quality (RSRQ).
