Abstract
A wheel spinning exercise system for providing an effective exercise and therapeutic tool useful for releasing carpal tunnel syndrome, strengthening muscles of hands, relieving arthritis, and providing relaxation to an exercise-user. A central disk having a first-aperture, a first-middle-aperture, a second-middle-aperture, and a third-aperture. The device further includes at least one first-cord which passes through the apertures.
Claims20
A wheel spinning exercise system comprising:
- a wheel spinning exercise assembly;
- a central disk having;
- a first-aperture;
- a first-middle-aperture;
- a second-middle-aperture;
- and
- a third-aperture;
- at least one first-cord;
- wherein said wheel spinning exercise system comprises said wheel spinning exercise assembly;
- wherein said wheel spinning exercise assembly comprises said central disk, and said at least one first-cord structured and arranged to work in functional combination;
- wherein said central disk comprises said first-aperture, said first-middle-aperture, said second-middle-aperture, and said third-aperture;
- wherein said at least one first-cord passes through said first-middle-aperture, said second-middle-aperture of said central disk;
- wherein said first-aperture and said third-aperture are equidistantly spaced from said first-middle-aperture, said second-middle-aperture to create a balancing effect while said central disk is spun via manipulation of said at least one first-cord;
- wherein said at least one first-cord is intertwined to itself in a spiral relationship for use in spinning said central disk about said at least one first-cord;
- wherein said at least one first-cord is used to manipulate said central disk in a spinning motion as said at least one first-cord is moved between an intertwined-condition and an un-intertwined-condition to itself;
- and
- wherein said wheel spinning exercise system is an effective exercise device and therapeutic tool useful for releasing carpal tunnel syndrome, strengthening muscles of hands, relieving arthritis, and providing relaxation to an exercise-user.
14 more elements
A wheel spinning exercise system comprising:
- a wheel spinning exercise assembly;
- a central disk having;
- a first-aperture;
- a first-middle-aperture;
- a second-middle-aperture;
- and
- a third-aperture;
- and
- at least one first-cord;
- wherein said wheel spinning exercise system comprises said wheel spinning exercise assembly;
- wherein said wheel spinning exercise assembly comprises said central disk, and said at least one first-cord structured and arranged to work in functional combination;
- wherein said wheel spinning exercise assembly further comprises a second-cord;
- wherein said central disk comprises said first-aperture, said first-middle-aperture, said second-middle-aperture, and said third-aperture;
- wherein said first-aperture, said first-middle-aperture, said second-middle-aperture, and said third-aperture are equally spaced from each other in a linear relationship;
- wherein said first-aperture and said third-aperture are equidistantly spaced from said first-middle-aperture, said second-middle-aperture to create a balancing effect while said central disk is spun via manipulation of said at least one first-cord;
- wherein said central disk comprises plastic said plastic said central disk comprising a mass greater than that of said at least one first-cord for efficient manipulate of said central disk in relation to said at least one first-cord;
- wherein said central disk comprises a periphery, said first-aperture non-concentrically-placed relative to said periphery of said central disk;
- wherein said central disk comprises a periphery, said first-middle-aperture, said second-middle-aperture concentrically-placed about a mid-point relative to said periphery of said central disk;
- wherein said central disk comprises a periphery, said third-aperture non-concentrically-placed relative to said periphery of said central disk;
- wherein said at least one first-cord passes through said first-middle-aperture, said second-middle-aperture of said central disk;
- wherein said at least one first-cord comprises one-half meter in length;
- wherein said at least one first-cord is able to be pulled in opposite directions making horizontal double lines while leaving said central disk in a center of at least one first-cord;
- wherein said at least one first-cord is intertwined to itself in a spiral relationship for use in spinning said central disk about said at least one first-cord;
- wherein said at least one first-cord is used to manipulate said central disk in a spinning motion as said at least one first-cord is moved between an intertwined-condition and an un-intertwined-condition to itself;
- wherein manipulation of said at least one first-cord by said exercise-user results in cyclic spinning of said central disk in alternately opposing directions applying a force to said exercise-user of said wheel spinning exercise system to exercise one or more muscle groups of said exercise-user;
- wherein said at least one first-cord comprises right-finger-loop-knot and a left-finger-loop-knot at respective ends of said at least one first-cord;
- wherein a right-finger of said exercise-user is inserted in to said right-finger-loop-knot for pulling said at least one first-cord;
- wherein said a left-finger of said exercise-user is inserted in to said left-finger-loop-knot for pulling said at least one first-cord;
- wherein said wheel spinning exercise assembly produces audible sound waves when in use for monitoring spins;
- wherein forearms of said exercise-user are held substantially parallel to one another above a torso of said exercise-user during use;
- and
- wherein said wheel spinning exercise system is an effective exercise device and therapeutic tool useful for releasing carpal tunnel syndrome, strengthening muscles of hands, relieving arthritis, and providing relaxation to an exercise-user.
