Abstract
A thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) resin powder includes spherical particles of a thermoplastic elastomer resin that have an average particle diameter of 50 μm to 300 μm.
Claims16
A thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) resin powder comprising:
- spherical particles of a thermoplastic elastomer resin, wherein an average particle diameter of the spherical particles ranges from 50 μm to 300 μm.
A method for producing a thermoplastic elastomer resin powder, the method comprising:
- preparing a molten thermoplastic elastomer resin spray liquid;
- and
- spraying the molten thermoplastic elastomer resin spray liquid by a melt spray deposition while cooling it down simultaneously, to obtain a thermoplastic elastomer resin powder having spherical particles.
