Abstract
Provided is an article having a low reflection film, containing a transparent substrate and a low reflection film provided on a surface of the transparent film. The low reflection film contains a first layer provided on the surface of the transparent substrate, a second layer contacting a surface of the first layer at the side opposite the transparent substrate, and a third layer contacting a surface of the second layer at the side opposite the first layer. The transparent substrate has a refractive index n0, the first layer has a refractive index n1, the second layer has a refractive index n2, and the third layer has a refractive index n3, and n0, n1, n2, and n3 satisfy the relationship n3<n1<n0<n2.

An article, comprising a transparent substrate, and
- a low reflection film provided on a surface of the transparent substrate,
- wherein the low reflection film comprises a first layer provided on the surface of the transparent substrate, a second layer contacting a surface of the first layer at a side opposite to the transparent substrate, and a third layer contacting a surface of the second layer at a side opposite to the first layer, and
- wherein the transparent substrate has a refractive index n0, the first layer has a refractive index n1, the second layer has a refractive index n2, and the third layer has a refractive index n3, and n0, n1, n2, and n3 satisfy the relationship n3<n1<n0<n2.
