Parasiticidal compositions comprising indole derivatives, methods and uses thereof

A compound of formula:

• and salts thereof,
• wherein:
• (A):
• R1 is (C1-C3) alkyl, each independently unsubstituted or substituted with one or more halogens;
• R2 is H, halogen, (C1-C3)-alkyl or (C1-C3)-haloalkyl;
• R3 is phenyl, heteroaryl, phenoxy or heteroaryloxy, wherein the phenyl, heteroaryl, phenoxy or heteroaryloxy may be unsubstituted or substituted with one or more of halogen, (C1-C3)-haloalkyl, (C1-C3)-haloalkoxy or carboxyl;
• R4 is H, halogen, (C1-C3)-alkyl, or (C1-C3)-haloalkyl;
• R5 is H, halogen, (C1-C3)-alkyl, or (C1-C3)-haloalkyl;
• and
• R6 is H, (C1-C3)-alkyl, (C2-C5)-alkenyl, or (C2-C5)-alkynyl, wherein each of (C1-C3)-alkyl, (C2-C5)-alkenyl, or (C2-C5)-alkynyl is independently unsubstituted or substituted with one or more halogens;
• or
• (B):
• R1 is trifluoromethyl;
• R2 is H;
• R3 is 2-dimethylaminomethylphenyl or H;
• R4 is chlorine when R3 is 2-dimethylaminomethylphenyl and R4 is 2-chloro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl when R3 is H;
• and
• R5 and R6 are H.
