An undergarment with a covertly adjustable genital support pocket comprises:

• a lower body undergarment;
• a genital-receiving pouch;
• a drawstring;
• a distribution connector;
• the genital-receiving pouch comprises a top end, a bottom end, a first lateral edge, and a second lateral edge;
• the distribution connector comprises a first branch and a second branch;
• the top end of the genital-receiving pouch being positioned adjacent to a waistband of the lower body undergarment;
• the genital-receiving pouch being centrally integrated into a front panel of the lower body undergarment;
• the distribution connector being positioned adjacent to the bottom end of the genital-receiving pouch;
• the distribution connector being connected to the genital-receiving pouch in between the first lateral edge and the second lateral edge;
• the drawstring being positioned adjacent to the top end of the genital-receiving pouch;
• a first end of the drawstring being connected to the waistband;
• a second end of the drawstring being terminally connected to the distribution connector;
• the first branch being connected to the bottom end of the genital-receiving pouch, adjacent to the first lateral edge;
• the second branch being connected to the bottom end of the genital-receiving pouch, adjacent to the second lateral edge;
• and
• the second end of the drawstring being terminally connected to the first branch and the second branch.
