Abstract
Insecticidal toxins derived from Bacillus thuringiensis, polynucleotides encoding such toxins, use of such toxins to control Coleopteran plant pests, and transgenic plants that produce, and are protected, by these toxins are described.
Claims19
A nucleic acid construct comprising a nucleic acid sequence encoding an insecticidal IRDIG protein.
A composition comprising a formulated insecticidal IRDIG protein.
A composition comprising a formulated insecticidal IRDIG protein in which the insecticidal IRDIG protein is chosen from the group consisting of:
- a. insecticidal IRDIG proteins having at least 80% sequence identity with any one of SEQ ID NOs:2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 71, 73, 75, 82, 84, 86, 88, 90, 92, 94, 96, 98, 100, 102, 104, 106, 108, 110, 112, 114, 116, 118, 120, and 122;
