The viewing control profile may be usable to restrict access to certain multimedia programs. The viewing control may be applied using a unified storefront application, providing access to multimedia content via the Internet-protocol television portal, the web portal, and the mobile portal, to offer and provide controlled access to the multimedia assets. ## Claims ### Claim 1 A method, comprising: streaming, by a server, video content to a client device; retrieving, by the server, a profile associated with the client device, the profile specifying a viewing control setting; synchronizing, by the server, according to the viewing control setting, an electronic storefront to the video content streamed to the client device; receiving, by the server, a request for media sent from the client device, the media selected from the electronic storefront; and selecting, by the server, a network of multiple networks for a routing of the media to the client device, the network selected based on the media selected from the electronic storefront. ### Claim 2 (depends on 1) The method of claim 1, further comprising determining an asset type associated with the media selected from the electronic storefront. ### Claim 3 (depends on 2) The method of claim 2, further comprising selecting the network based on the asset type associated with the media selected from the electronic storefront. ### Claim 4 (depends on 2) The method of claim 2, further comprising selecting the network based on the asset type being one of an Internet protocol television asset, an Internet asset, and a mobile asset. ### Claim 5 (depends on 1) The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving a storefront request sent from the client device, the storefront request requesting the electronic storefront. ### Claim 6 (depends on 1) The method of claim 1, further comprising sending the media to the client device via the network. ### Claim 7 (depends on 1) The method of claim 1, further comprising selecting a network interface to the network based on the media selected from the electronic storefront. ### Claim 8 A system, comprising: a processor; and a memory device, the memory device storing instructions, the instructions when executed causing the processor to perform operations, the operations comprising: streaming video content to a client device; retrieving a profile associated with the client device, the profile specifying a viewing control setting; synchronizing, according to the viewing control setting, an electronic storefront to the video content streamed to the client device; receiving a request for media sent from the client device, the media selected from the electronic storefront; and selecting a network of multiple networks for a routing of the media to the client device, the network selected based on the media selected from the electronic storefront. ### Claim 9 (depends on 8) The system of claim 8, wherein the operations further comprise determining an asset type associated with the media selected from the electronic storefront. ### Claim 10 (depends on 9) The system of claim 9, wherein the operations further comprise selecting the network based on the asset type associated with the media selected from the electronic storefront. ### Claim 11 (depends on 9) The system of claim 9, wherein the operations further comprise selecting the network based on the asset type being one of an Internet protocol television asset, an Internet asset, and a mobile asset. ### Claim 12 (depends on 8) The system of claim 8, wherein the operations further comprise receiving a storefront request sent from the client device, the storefront request requesting the electronic storefront. ### Claim 13 (depends on 8) The system of claim 8, wherein the operations further comprise sending the media to the client device via the network. ### Claim 14 (depends on 8) The system of claim 8, wherein the operations further comprise selecting a network interface to the network based on the media selected from the electronic storefront. ### Claim 15 A memory device storing instructions that when executed cause a processor to perform operations, the operations comprising: streaming video content to a client device; retrieving a profile associated with the client device, the profile specifying a viewing control setting; synchronizing an electronic storefront to the video content streamed to the client device according to the viewing control setting;
