## Abstract

Various examples relate to the configuration of enterprise workspaces that can be provided in computing devices. In some examples, a computing device is enrolled with a management service that controls operating of at least a portion of the computing device. A management component creates a user account with a distributor of the operating system based on an email address and a password. The user account is associated with an enterprise workspace of the computing device.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A system, comprising:
a computing device comprising an operating system that provides a personal workspace and an enterprise workspace;
a storage device storing a plurality of computer instructions executable by the computing device, wherein the plurality of computer instructions cause the computing device to at least:
enroll the computing device with a management service that controls operation of at least a portion of the computing device;
cause the management service to create a user account with a distributor of the operating system based on an email address and a password;
automatically populate an email address field in a workspace configuration user interface; and
associate the user account with the enterprise workspace of the computing device.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of computer instructions further cause the computing device to at least authenticate the user based on the email address and the password prior to associating the user account with the enterprise workspace of the computing device.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The system of claim 2, wherein the plurality of computer instructions further cause the computing device to at least communicate with an account manager associated with the distributor of the operating system to determine whether the user is authenticated based on the email address and the password.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of computer instructions further cause the computing device to at least request the workspace configuration user interface to be generated.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The system of claim 4, wherein the plurality of computer instructions further cause the computing device to at least obtain an input password from the user for a password field of the workspace configuration user interface.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of computer instructions further cause the computing device to at least uninstall an activation component in the personal workspace.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of computer instructions further cause the computing device to at least provide access to a component repository based on the user account.

### Claim 8

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a plurality of computer instructions executable by a computing device, wherein the plurality of computer instructions cause the computing device to at least:
enroll the computing device with a management service that controls operation of at least a portion of the computing device;
cause the management service to create a user account with a distributor of an operating system for the computing device based on an email address and a password;
automatically populate an email address field in a workspace configuration user interface; and
associate the user account for the distributor of the operating system with an enterprise workspace of the computing device.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 8, wherein the plurality of computer instructions further cause the computing device to at least authenticate the user based on the email address and the password prior to associating the user account with the enterprise workspace of the computing device.

### Claim 10 (depends on 9)

The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 9, wherein the plurality of computer instructions further cause the computing device to at least communicate with an account manager associated with the distributor of the operating system to determine whether the user is authenticated based on the email address and the password.

### Claim 11 (depends on 8)

The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 8, wherein the plurality of computer instructions further cause the computing device to at least request a workspace configuration user interface for the enterprise workspace to be generated.

### Claim 12 (depends on 11)

The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 11, wherein the plurality of computer instructions further cause the computing device to at least obtain an input password from the user for a password field of the workspace configuration user interface.

### Claim 13 (depends on 8)

The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 8, wherein the plurality of computer instructions further cause the computing device to at least uninstall an activation component in a personal workspace.

### Claim 14 (depends on 8)

The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 8, wherein the plurality of computer instructions further cause the computing device to at least provide access to a component repository based on the user account.

### Claim 15

A method, comprising:
enrolling a computing device with a management service that controls operation of at least a portion of the computing device;
causing a management service to create a user account with a distributor of an operating system for the computing device based on an email address and a password;
automatically populating an email address field in a workspace configuration user interface without obtaining an input in the email address field from a user; and
associating the user account with an enterprise workspace of the computing device.

### Claim 16 (depends on 15)

The method of claim 15, further comprising authenticating the user based on the email address and the password prior to associating the user account with the enterprise workspace of the computing device.

### Claim 17 (depends on 16)

The method of claim 16, further comprising communicating with an account manager associated with the distributor of the operating system to determine whether the user is authenticated based on the email address and the password.

### Claim 18 (depends on 15)

The method of claim 15, further comprising requesting a workspace configuration user interface for the enterprise workspace to be generated.

### Claim 19 (depends on 15)

The method of claim 15, further comprising causing an activation component in a personal workspace to uninstall.

### Claim 20 (depends on 15)

The method of claim 15, further comprising providing access to a component in the enterprise workspace to a component repository based on the email address and the password.
