## CPC

- G06F 3/0412: {Digitisers structurally integrated in a display}
- G06F 3/041: Digitisers, e.g. for touch screens or touch pads, characterised by the transducing means
- G06F 2203/04103: Manufacturing, i.e. details related to manufacturing processes specially suited for touch sensitive devices
- G06F 2203/04107: Shielding in digitiser, i.e. guard or shielding arrangements, mostly for capacitive touchscreens, e.g. driven shields, driven grounds
- G06F 2203/04111: Cross over in capacitive digitiser, i.e. details of structures for connecting electrodes of the sensing pattern where the connections cross each other, e.g. bridge structures comprising an insulating layer, or vias through substrate
- G06F 2203/04112: Electrode mesh in capacitive digitiser: electrode for touch sensing is formed of a mesh of very fine, normally metallic, interconnected lines that are almost invisible to see. This provides a quite large but transparent electrode surface, without need for ITO or similar transparent conductive material
- G06F: ELECTRIC DIGITAL DATA PROCESSING (computer systems based on specific computational models G06N)

## Abstract

The embodiments of the disclosure disclose a touch display panel, a method for fabrication thereof and a display device. The touch display panel comprises a display substrate, a transparent conductive layer formed on the display substrate, a transparent insulating layer formed on the transparent conductive layer, and a touch electrode formed on the transparent insulating layer. The embodiments of the disclosure can reduce accumulation of static electricity in the manufacture procedure of the display substrate and prevent electromagnetic interference when performing cell test by adding a transparent conductive layer and a transparent insulating layer between the touch substrate and the touch electrode.
