## Abstract

A deodorizer for insertion into athletic and other equipment, having an outer housing that is infused with an antimicrobial agent and that has ventilation holes, and containing a moisture absorbing deodorizer within the outer housing. The deodorizer absorbs moisture that allows bacteria to grow and the antimicrobial infused outer housing kills existing bacteria, thereby reducing bacteria and odor.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A device for insertion within sports equipment comprising:
an outer housing having ventilation holes, said outer housing being infused with antimicrobial ions;
a removable insert displaced within said outer housing, said insert including a moisture absorbing deodorizer.

A device according to claim 1, wherein said ions include silver ions.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

A device according to claim 2, wherein said device is shaped as a tube to fit inside a glove.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

A pair of devices according to claim 3, further comprising a strap connecting said pair of devices to each other.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

A pair of devices according to claim 4, further comprising a clip strap connected to one of said devices with a clip at the other end of the strap for connecting to said other device.

A pair of devices according to claim 4, wherein said strap is made from paracord.

A device according to claim 3, wherein said outer housing is approximately 7.5 inches in length and ¾ inches wide.
