## CPC

- A61B 5/0015: {characterised by features of the telemetry system}
- G16H 10/60: for patient-specific data, e.g. for electronic patient records
- A61B: DIAGNOSIS; SURGERY; IDENTIFICATION (usefulness limited to only animals A61D)
- G16H: HEALTHCARE INFORMATICS, i.e. INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY [ICT] SPECIALLY ADAPTED FOR THE HANDLING OR PROCESSING OF MEDICAL OR HEALTHCARE DATA

## Abstract

Methods, systems, and products measure health data related to a user. A time-stamped device identifier is received that uniquely identifies a communications device. A time-stamped sensor measurement is separately received. A difference in time between the time-stamped device identifier and the time-stamped sensor measurement is determined. When the difference in time is within a window of time, then the sensor measurement is associated with the device identifier.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method of monitoring physiological data via the Internet, comprising:
receiving, by a server, a device identifier sent via the Internet, the device identifier uniquely identifying a mobile communications device;
receiving, by the server, the physiological data sent via the Internet;
determining, by the server, a difference in time between the device identifier and the physiological data;
determining, by the server, that the difference in time satisfies a confidence in contemporaneousness; and
storing, by the server, an electronic association between the device identifier and the physiological data in response to the difference in time satisfying the confidence in contemporaneousness.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, further comprising adding an entry to an electronic database, the entry electronically associating the device identifier and the physiological data.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving of the physiological data sent via the Internet comprises the receiving of at least one of a weight, a blood pressure, a temperature, a pulse rate, a glucose level, a height, a cholesterol level, and a respiratory rate.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving a time stamp associated with the device identifier.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving a time stamp associated with the physiological data.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, further comprising comparing the difference in time between the device identifier and the physiological data to a window of time to determine the confidence in contemporaneousness.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving of the device identifier sent via the Internet comprises the receiving of at least one of a serial number, an Internet Protocol address, and a telephone number.

### Claim 8

A system, comprising:
a hardware processor; and
a memory device, the memory device storing instructions, the instructions when executed causing the hardware processor to perform operations, the operations comprising:
receiving a device identifier sent via the Internet, the device identifier uniquely identifying a mobile communications device;
receiving physiological data sent via the Internet;
determining a difference in time between the device identifier and the physiological data;
determining that the difference in time satisfies a confidence in contemporaneousness; and
storing an electronic association between the device identifier and the physiological data in response to the difference in time satisfying the confidence in contemporaneousness.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The system of claim 8, wherein the operations further comprise adding an entry to an electronic database, the entry electronically associating the device identifier and the physiological data.

### Claim 10 (depends on 8)

The system of claim 8, wherein the operations further comprise receiving at least one of a weight, a blood pressure, a temperature, a pulse rate, a glucose level, a height, a cholesterol level, and a respiratory rate.

### Claim 11 (depends on 8)

The system of claim 8, wherein the operations further comprise receiving a time stamp associated with the device identifier.

### Claim 12 (depends on 8)

The system of claim 8, wherein the operations further comprise receiving a time stamp associated with the physiological data.

### Claim 13 (depends on 8)

The system of claim 8, wherein the operations further comprise comparing the difference in time between the device identifier and the physiological data to a window of time to determine the confidence in contemporaneousness.

### Claim 14 (depends on 8)

The system of claim 8, wherein the operations further comprise receiving at least one of a serial number, an Internet Protocol address, and a telephone number.

### Claim 15

A memory device storing instructions that when executed cause a processor to perform operations, the operations comprising:
receiving a device identifier sent via the Internet, the device identifier uniquely identifying a mobile communications device;
receiving physiological data sent via the Internet;
determining a difference in time between the device identifier and the physiological data;
determining that the difference in time satisfies a confidence in contemporaneousness; and
storing an electronic association between the device identifier and the physiological data in response to the difference in time satisfying the confidence in contemporaneousness.

### Claim 16 (depends on 15)

The memory device of claim 15, wherein the operations further comprise adding an entry to an electronic database, the entry electronically associating the device identifier and the physiological data.

### Claim 17 (depends on 15)

The memory device of claim 15, wherein the operations further comprise receiving at least one of a weight, a blood pressure, a temperature, a pulse rate, a glucose level, a height, a cholesterol level, and a respiratory rate.

### Claim 18 (depends on 15)

The memory device of claim 15, wherein the operations further comprise receiving a time stamp associated with the device identifier.

### Claim 19 (depends on 15)

The memory device of claim 15, wherein the operations further comprise receiving a time stamp associated with the physiological data.

### Claim 20 (depends on 15)

The memory device of claim 15, wherein the operations further comprise comparing the difference in time between the device identifier and the physiological data to a window of time to determine the confidence in contemporaneousness.
