Abstract
A clamping device includes a first clamp for clamping the distal end of a steel wire at a position corresponding to a first winding groove and a second clamp for clamping the distal end of a steel wire at a position corresponding to a second winding groove.

A clamping device coupled to a former having a circumferential surface, wherein the circumferential surface includes a first winding groove and a second winding groove, the clamping device comprising:
- a first clamp for clamping a distal end of a steel wire at a position corresponding to the first winding groove;
- and
- a second clamp for clamping a distal end of a steel wire at a position corresponding to the second winding groove.
