Systems and methods of dynamically creating a personalized workout video

A tangible, non-transitory, machine-readable medium storing instructions that when executed by one or more computers effectuate operations of dynamically composing individualized workout videos based on user feedback during a workout, the operations comprising:

• obtaining, with one or more processors, a two or higher dimensional matrix of workout video blocks, wherein
• the workout video blocks each contain a segment of video pertaining to a portion of a workout routine;
• and
• the workout video blocks are configured to be assembled into sequences of workout video blocks in a workout routine video;
• obtaining, with one or more processors, a plurality of user profiles, each user profile in the plurality being associated with an identifier of a respective user, and each user profile of the plurality being associated with preference information indicative of workout preferences of the respective user;
• receiving, with one or more processors, via a network, from a user computing device, an identifier of a user and selecting, based on the identifier of the user, a user profile from among the plurality of user profiles;
• constructing, with one or more processors, at least part of a sequence of workout video blocks to be sent to the user computing device based on dimensions of the matrix of workout video blocks and on the user profile, the sequence including at least two workout video blocks;
• sending, with one or more processors, via the network, a first workout video block of the sequence to the user computing device;
• receiving, with one or more processors, after beginning to send the first workout video block, feedback from the user indicative of a user response to the first workout video block;
• adapting, with one or more processors, the sequence of video blocks to be sent to the user, wherein adapting includes:
• selecting a second workout video block from the matrix of workout video blocks based on the user feedback;
• adding the second workout video block to the sequence of workout video blocks to be sent to the user;
• and
• beginning to send the second workout video block, with one or more processors, to the user computing device.
