Abstract
The present invention relates to an adhesive and soluble adhesive bandage or patch comprising a soluble film of natural origin with high mineral content. The soluble film comprises from 20 to 90 wt % of mineral filler and wherein the mineral filler content level is higher than the polysaccharide content level. A bandage or patch comprising;,
- a soluble film comprising a natural polysaccharide and a mineral filler, wherein the soluble film comprises from 20 to 90 wt % of mineral filler and the wherein mineral filler content level is higher than the polysaccharide content level.
A method for manufacturing a film comprising a natural polysaccharide and a mineral filler, wherein the soluble film comprises from 20 to 90 wt % of mineral filler and wherein the mineral filler content level is hight than the polysaccharide content level wherein the process comprises:
- preparing a mixture of components of the film in aqueous liquid form,
- depositing the mixture previously obtained an appropriate substrate, and
- evaporating the water by passing through a drying system.
A soluble film comprising a natural polysaccharide and a mineral filler, wherein the soluble film comprises from 20 to 90 wt % of mineral filler and wherein the mineral filler content level is higher than the polysaccharide content level.
