• obtaining to-be-decoded information;
• performing rotation processing on a preset precoding matrix;
• and
• performing decoding processing on the to-be-decoded information according to a precoding matrix obtained after the rotation processing.

A base station, comprising:

• a memory storing executable instructions;
• a processor coupled to the memory and configured to:
• perform rotation processing on a preset precoding matrix;
• and
• perform precoding processing on to-be-sent information according to a precoding matrix obtained after the rotation processing;
• and
• a transmitter coupled to the processor and configured to send to-be-sent information obtained after the precoding processing.

User equipment, comprising:

• a memory storing executable instructions;
• and
• a processor coupled to the memory and configured to:
• obtain to-be-decoded information;
• perform rotation processing on a preset precoding matrix;
• and
• perform decoding processing on the to-be-decoded information according to a precoding matrix obtained after the rotation processing.
