A semiconductor apparatus comprising:
- a common mode detector circuit that receives a differential alternating current (AC) signal;
- and
- a detector circuit,
- wherein the common mode detector circuit calculate an arithmetic mean of the differential AC signal and outputs an even-order harmonic to the detector circuit,
- wherein the detector circuit detects an amplitude level of the even-order harmonic.
