Abstract
Techniques are described for automatic suggestion for time shifting meetings. In one implementation, a computer program product comprises a computer-readable storage medium having program code embodied therewith. The program code is executable by a computing device to provide a recording option for a meeting in a meeting invitation, send a meeting invitation from an inviter to invitees, and responsive to detecting at least one invitee selecting the recording option for the meeting, adjust a calendar entry for the meeting to reflect the recording option for the meeting.
Claims20
A computer-implemented method, comprising:
- providing a recording option for a meeting in a meeting invitation;
- sending a meeting invitation from an inviter to invitees;
- and
- responsive to detecting at least one invitee selecting the recording option for the meeting, adjusting a calendar entry for the meeting to reflect the recording option for the meeting.
A computer system comprising:
- one or more processors, one or more computer-readable memories, and one or more computer-readable, tangible storage devices;
- and
- program instructions, stored on at least one of the one or more storage devices for execution by at least one of the one or more processors via at least one of the one or more memories to:
- provide a recording option for a meeting in a meeting invitation;
- send a meeting invitation from an inviter to invitees;
- and
- responsive to detecting at least one invitee selecting the recording option for the meeting, adjust a calendar entry for the meeting to reflect the recording option for the meeting.
A computer program product comprising a computer-readable storage medium having program code embodied therewith, the program code executable by a computing device to:
- provide a recording option for a meeting in a meeting invitation;
- send a meeting invitation from an inviter to invitees;
- and
- responsive to detecting at least one invitee selecting the recording option for the meeting, adjust a calendar entry for the meeting to reflect the recording option for the meeting.
