Global standard template creation, storage, and modification

A vehicle template control system, comprising:

• a template module contained in a memory and executed by a processor of the vehicle template control system, the template module configured to create a vehicle template, wherein the vehicle template is created by at least one of a vehicle manufacturer, an agency, and a company, and store the vehicle template in a template memory;
• and
• a profile identification module contained in the memory and executed by the processor of the vehicle template control system, the profile identification module configured to retrieve the vehicle template from the template memory, the vehicle template having information corresponding to at least one of a state and an arrangement of a feature associated with a vehicle, adjust, based at least partially on the information in the vehicle template, the at least one of the state and the arrangement of the feature associated with the vehicle, and store at least some of the information of the vehicle template in a user profile memory associated with a user of the vehicle.
