A product comprising a film proportioned to fit on a surface of a mirror and adapted to electrostatically adhere to the surface of the mirror; the film comprising calibrated markings calibrated to allow a subject to accurately reference body position and body movements in the mirror when the film is adhered to the surface of the mirror. A mirror comprising calibrated markings including measurement demarcations and calibrated to allow a subject to accurately reference and measure body movements.

- a film proportioned to fit on a mirror surface and adapted to adhere to the surface of the mirror,
- the film comprising calibrated markings calibrated to allow a person to accurately reference body position and body movements in the mirror when the film is adhered to the surface of the mirror.
