Abstract
A hinge is provided, which comprises: at least one hinge pin defining a hinge axis in a first dimension; a hinge leaf; a housing comprising at least one recess for receiving a portion of the hinge leaf; and at least one user adjustable fastener arranged to enable user adjustment of the positioning of the hinge leaf within the at least one recess in a second dimension, wherein the second dimension is orthogonal to the first dimension.
Claims20
A hinge, comprising:
- at least one hinge pin defining a hinge axis in a first dimension;
- a hinge leaf;
- a housing comprising at least one recess for receiving a portion of the hinge leaf;
- and
- at least one user adjustable fastener for enabling adjustment of the positioning of the hinge leaf within the at least one recess in a second dimension, wherein the second dimension is orthogonal to the first dimension.

A hinge, comprising:
- at least one hinge pin defining a hinge axis;
- and
- a hinge leaf, rotatable about the hinge axis, comprising a corner interface between a portion of the hinge leaf and a further portion of the hinge leaf, wherein at least one aperture is provided in the corner interface for fixing the hinge leaf in place using a fastener.
A hinge, comprising:
- at least one hinge pin defining a hinge axis, extending in a first dimension;
- and
- a hinge leaf, rotatable about the hinge axis, comprising a corner interface between a portion of the hinge leaf and a further portion of the hinge leaf,
- a plurality of apertures being provided in the corner interface for fixing the hinge leaf in place using a plurality of fasteners, each aperture being spaced from another in the first dimension, and
- wherein each aperture is shaped to enable a fastener to pass therethrough at an angle of substantially 45 degrees, relative to the portion and the further portion of the hinge leaf, in a plane defined in second and third dimensions, each of the first, second and third dimensions being substantially orthogonal to each other.
