Claims10
1-29. (canceled)
A method of detecting and/or quantifying glucose or lactose in a sample comprising:
- providing a cellobiose dehydrogenase from Neurospora crassa or a cellobiose dehydrogenase comprising an amino acid sequence that is at least 80% identical to SEQ ID NO:
- 11;
- contacting a fluid sample with the cellobiose dehydrogenase;
- detecting and quantifying oxidation of glucose or lactose in the sample by the cellobiose dehydrogenase;
- detecting and quantifying the glucose or lactose in the sample based on the amount of oxidation.
