Abstract
There is disclosed a chimeric cetuximab-like monoclonal antibody (CMAB009 mAb) having at least 80% NANA glycosylation terminal sialic acid at an N-glycosylation site Asn297 and a glycosylation pattern of Gal-α(2,3/6)-Gal. The disclosed CMAB009 monoclonal antibody is a chimeric antibody having the same amino acid sequence (light chain/heavy chain of SEQ ID NO. 1/SEQ ID NO. 3) as cetuximab (Erbitux®) which has at least 80% NGNA terminal sialic acid and a glycosylation pattern of Gal-α(1,3)-Gal.
Claims4
An anti-EGFR antibody pharmaceutical composition comprising a light chain amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 1 and a heavy chain amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 3,
- wherein the anti-EGFR antibody has a z-average (z-avg) of about 10-25 nm as determined by dynamic light scattering (DLS) analysis, and
- wherein the anti-EGFR antibody comprises a Gal-α(2, 3/6)-Gal glycan.
A chimeric anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody having at least 80% NANA glycosylation terminal sialic acid at an N-glycosylation site and a glycosylation pattern of Gal-α(2,3/6)-Gal.
