Binder with magnesic base and process for the additive production of manufactured items with such binder

Process for the additive production of manufactured items making use of a binder according to any one of the preceding claims, such process comprising:

• a step of arranging:
• an inert granular material;
• powder magnesium oxide;
• at least one powder phosphate;
• at least one dose of water (11);
• said powder magnesium oxide and said powder phosphate being susceptible of reacting in the presence of said at least one dose of water (11) in order to form a cement paste;
• a step of mixing at least said magnesium oxide with said inert granular material in order to obtain a powder granular mixture (4);
• a first step of distributing, on a work surface (5), a uniform layer of predetermined thickness of said granular mixture (4);
• a second step of distributing, on said work surface (5), said at least one phosphate;
• a step of selective impregnation of preselected areas of said layer with said at least one dose of water (11) in order to define a corresponding cross section of a desired manufactured item;
• repeating said first and second distribution step and said selective impregnation step until all the cross sections are defined of the desired manufactured item, obtaining a formed manufactured item.
