Abstract
A tool-change station includes a base, and a first tool-change member that is rotatably coupled to the base. The first tool-change member includes a first tool-engagement portion, geometrically complementary with a tool-change-engagement portion of a tool of a rotary drive.

1-101. (canceled)
A tool-change station (300), comprising:
- a base (310);
- and
- a first tool-change member (320), rotatably coupled to the base (310), wherein the first tool-change member (320) comprises a first tool-engagement portion (326), geometrically complementary with a tool-change-engagement portion (112, 212, 412) of a tool (110, 210, 410) of a rotary drive (199, 199-2, 299).
(canceled)
A method (1000) of coupling or decoupling a tool (110, 210, 410) of a rotary-drive sub-assembly (100, 200, 400) and a tool retainer (130, 230, 430) of the rotary-drive sub-assembly (100, 200, 400), the method comprising:
- rotationally anchoring the tool (110, 210, 410) to a first tool-change member (320), rotatably coupled to a base (310), by engaging a tool-change-engagement portion (112, 212, 412) of the tool (110, 210, 410) with a first tool-engagement portion (326) of the first tool-change member (320), wherein the base (310) has a first side (311) and a second side (312), opposite the first side (311);
- and
- causing relative rotation between the tool (110, 210, 410) and the tool retainer (130, 230, 430).
