Abstract
The invention relates to a cartridge flange for fitting filter cartridges in filter systems, in particular industrial suction-extraction systems or air-filter systems.
Claims16
A cartridge flange for fitting filter cartridges in filter systems (1000), in particular industrial suction-extraction systems or air-filter systems, the cartridge flange comprising an annular basic shape and at least one lug (2) which is configured on the external circumference and which has at least one opening (100, 200, 300) for receiving bolts (11, 11′) for fastening the filter cartridge to the filter system (1000),
- wherein the lug (2) is configured in such a manner that the bolts (11, 11′) having dissimilar radial spacings (r1, r2) from an imaginary center (M) of the annular basic shape of the cartridge flange may engage for final fastening of the cartridge flange,
- wherein the at least one opening is configured as a double keyhole (100) having bit sides (3, 4) which point in dissimilar directions,
- wherein the bit sides (3, 4) of the double keyhole (100) each have centrical longitudinal axes which display dissimilar spacing radii in relation to an imaginary center (M) of the annular cartridge flange.
A filter system (1000), in particular an industrial suction-extraction system or an air-filter system, having receptacle means (11, 11′) for fastening a filter cartridge and having a cartridge flange having an annular basic shape and at least one lug (2) which is configured on the external circumference or on the external side of the cartridge flange, respectively, and which has at least one opening (100, 200, 300) for receiving one of the receptacle means (11, 11′), wherein the lug (2) is configured in such a manner that receptacle means (11, 11′) which have dissimilar radial spacings (r1, r2) from an imaginary center (M) of the annular basic shape of the cartridge flange may engage in the opening (100, 200, 300) for final fastening of the cartridge flange.
A universal cartridge flange filter system comprising a universal cartridge flange having an annular basic shape and at least one attachment device continuous with the cartridge flange, the at least one attachment device having a receiving means located at a dissimilar radial spacing from the center of the annular basic shape of the cartridge flange, wherein a proximal side of an external circumference of the cartridge flange, has corresponding adhesion grooves on an upper side and a lower side, wherein the lower side has an encircling adhesion disbursement groove continuous with encircling annular ribs positioned to direct the flow behavior of an adhesive, wherein the system further comprises a filter attached to the cartridge flange via the attachment device and the dispersed adhesive, wherein tension provided by the attachment device and dispersed adhesive are correlated to provide an optimum seal strength of the filter and cartridge flange.
