Abstract
A surgical handpiece includes a housing gripped by a user; an aspirating flow path member that is accommodated in the housing, and aspirates a liquid; and an aspiration pipe that is held by the housing, and is connected to the aspirating flow path member via interference fitting so as to aspirate the liquid. At least one of the aspirating flow path member and the aspiration pipe includes a sealing portion for realizing the interference fitting, which is bulged toward a mating member of the interference fitting.

A surgical handpiece comprising:
- a housing configured to be gripped by a user;
- an aspirating flow path member that is accommodated in the housing, and aspirates a liquid;
- and
- an aspiration pipe that is held by the housing, and is connected to the aspirating flow path member via interference fitting so as to aspirate the liquid,
- wherein at least one of the aspirating flow path member and the aspiration pipe includes a sealing portion for realizing the interference fitting, which is bulged toward a mating member of the interference fitting.
