Abstract
Nutritional compositions are provided herein for optimizing fats, carbohydrates, and protein caloric ratios as they relate to balanced nutrition, general health, and muscle performance during exercise and to muscle cell repair and recovery following the cessation of exercise.

A nutritional composition comprising about 11% to about 72% by weight of a protein source.
A method for producing a nutrition composition without preservatives and processing agents, the method comprising:
- a. Preparing a mixture by adding egg whites and beating;
- b. Adding baking powder and baking soda to the mixture and mixing;
- c. Adding avocado to the mixture and mixing;
- d. Adding whey protein to the mixture, whipping and curing the mixture;
- e. Adding vegetables to the mixture and mixing;
- and
- f. Baking, cooling and packaging the mixture.

A method for producing a nutrition composition without preservatives and processing agents, the method comprising:
- a. Preparing a mixture by cooking honey, apple juice concentrate and maple syrup;
- b. Adding proteins to the mixture and mixing;
- c. Adding vitamins to the mixture and mixing;
- d. Curing the mixture to provide a concentrated nutrition mixture;
- and
- e. Cutting and packaging the mixture.
