A compound of formula (II),
- wherein each R of formula (II) is independently methyl carbamate, ethyl carbamate, benzyl carbamate, tert-butyl carbamate, tert-butyloxycarbonyl (Boc), cyclohexanone, 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl cyclohexanone, anthrone, an alkyl group, an aryl group, or an aromatic alkyl group,
- or a compound of formula (VI),
- wherein each R of formula (VI) is independently methyl carbamate, ethyl carbamate, benzyl carbamate, tert-butyl carbamate, tert-butyloxycarbonyl (Boc), cyclohexanone, 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl cyclohexanone, anthrone, an alkyl group, an aryl group, or an aromatic alkyl group.
