Abstract
A harvesting device, in particular, for harvesting cereals, rice, grains or seeds, has a crop stripper with a nose hood for determining a working width, an inclined chute, a threshing device, a separation device, a cleaning-air channel, and preferably a cleaning device, a bulk material conveyor and/or a cutting and/or crushing device.

- A harvesting apparatus for harvesting cereal grains, rice, grains, seeds or the like, said apparatus being operated as a front, side or rear attachment and comprising:
- (a) a crop stripper for determining a working width;
- (b) an inclined chute;
- (c) a threshing apparatus;
- and
- (d) a separation apparatus;
- wherein the crop stripper generates a crop stripper rotor air stream, wherein the inclined chute has a first edge facing the crop stripper and a second edge facing away from the crop stripper, wherein the second edge is disposed to lie lower than the first edge facing the crop stripper and is attached between the threshing apparatus and the separation apparatus, the threshing apparatus, and the separation apparatus extend over a predominant part of the working width or over an entirety of the working width;
- wherein the harvesting apparatus comprises a cleaning air channel, wherein an air flow flows through the cleaning air channel for cleaning the crop, wherein the cleaning air channel also extends over the predominant part of the working width or the entirety of the working width, wherein the crop stripper rotor air stream flows through the cleaning air channel.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the chute has fingers, is closed and/or at least partially perforated, and/or is an oscillating chute.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the threshing apparatus has rasp bars and/or beater, rubbing strips and/or the separation apparatus has a pre-separator and a screening function for material other than grain and/or crop flow brake flaps.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the separation apparatus has a separation apparatus adjustment mechanism, a foreign body collection recess, a pre-separator and/or a grain spray guard.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the crop stripper has at least one rotor that is a tubular body and/or the threshing apparatus has a tubular body.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning air channel has a blowing device.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the blowing device is adjustable in terms of its speed of rotation and/or the cleaning air channel has at least one finger comb, at least one guide plate, at least one air guide flap, at least one sieve and/or at least one screen chute, and wherein the sieve and/or the chute has a reciprocating/shaking motion for bulk material rearwardly.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the harvesting apparatus has a bulk material conveyor, a bulk material sump, a bunker unit, a cutting apparatus and/or a chopping apparatus, which extend over the predominant part of the working width or over the entirety of the working width.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a bunker unit having a bunker volume and/or a bulk material trough chute that can be adjusted in terms of inclination.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a crop stripper rotor, the threshing apparatus, the separation apparatus, a blower device and/or a bulk material conveyor have at least one intermediate bearing and/or the harvesting apparatus has crop dividers.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the harvesting apparatus is composed of modules, at least in part.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the harvesting apparatus has a running gear, skids, stabilizing wheels, a pivoting frame and/or a tow bar.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the crop stripper is a crop stripper for harvesting cereal grains, rice, grains, seeds or the like, having at least one rotor, on which crop stripper fingers and/or stripper strips, on which crop stripper fingers are attached, and a nose hood, wherein the rotor or at least one of the rotors is a tubular body.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the tubular body is round.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 13, wherein each crop stripper finger has a recessed shape that is drawn downward.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the crop stripper fingers are straight, curved and/or C-shaped, made from a divided tubular body, metal sheet, plastic and/or polycarbonate.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the crop stripper fingers are attached on the tubular body directly and/or by at least one support element and/or the crop stripper fingers are attached on at least one stripper strip, wherein a stripper strip is attached on the tubular body directly and/or by at least one support element.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 17, wherein the crop stripper fingers have a slit shape that ends in a radius.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 17, wherein at least one support element is attached on the tubular body at an angle.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the tubular body is supported by bezels, steady rests, rollers, bearings or articulations.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the nose hood, a flap, a spray guard/dust protection cover, and a machine covering is composed of a light, flexible, transparent, breakage-resistant, impact-resistant, self-reinforcing, anti-static, UV-resistant plastic, and wherein a lower adjustable part of the nose hood lies closely against an upper, fixed nose hood, on the inside, due to the tension of the plastic, so as to be adjustable.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 21, wherein the nose hood and/or the machine covering has inside and/or outside lighting.

- The harvesting apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the nose hood is attached to structural hollow sections or tubes and/or the nose hood becomes adjustable in height by telescoping arms and ball bearings that can rotate, and a raising and lowering mechanism.
