An isolated recombinant polynucleotide comprising a promoter region having a nucleotide sequence comprising positions 421 to 450 of SEQ ID NO:
- 1, a nucleotide sequence comprising positions 248 to 273 of SEQ ID NO:
- 2, or a nucleotide sequence comprising SEQ ID NO:
- 3, and a polynucleotide sequence encoding a target protein operably linked to the promoter region.
