Photosensitive composition and compound

A compound represented by the following formula (1):

• wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom, a nitro group, or a monovalent organic group;
• R2 and R3 each are a chain alkyl group which may have a substituent, a cyclic organic group which may have a substituent, or a hydrogen atom;
• R2 and R3 may be bonded to one another to form a ring;
• R4 is a group represented by the following formula (R4-1) or (R4-2);
• R5 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 11 carbon atoms which may have a substituent, or an aryl group which may have a substituent;
• n is an integer of 0 to 4;
• and m is 0 or 1
• wherein R7 and R8 are each an organic group, p is an integer of 0 to 4;
• q is an integer of 1 to 8;
• r is an integer of 1 to 5;
• s is an integer of 0 to (r+3);
• and R9 is an organic group.

A compound represented by the following formula (2):

• wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom, a nitro group, or a monovalent organic group;
• R2 and R3 each are a chain alkyl group which may have a substituent, a cyclic organic group which may have a substituent, or a hydrogen atom;
• R2 and R3 may be bonded to one another to form a ring;
• R4 is a monovalent organic group represented by the following formula (R4-1) or (R4-2);
• n is an integer of 0 to 4;
• and m is 0 or 1
• wherein R7 and R8 are each an organic group, p is an integer of 0 to 4;
• q is an integer of 1 to 8;
• r is an integer of 1 to 5;
• s is an integer of 0 to (r+3);
• and R9 is an organic group.

A method for producing a compound represented by the following formula (1-4), the method comprising:

• introducing an acyl group represented by —CO—R4 into a compound represented by the following formula (1-1):
• by a Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction to obtain a compound represented by the following formula (1-3)
• and
• converting a group represented by —CO—R4 in the compound represented by the formula (1-3) into a group represented by —C(═N—OH)—R4 to obtain a compound represented by the following formula (1-4):
• wherein, in the formulas (1-1), (1-3), and (1-4), R1 is a hydrogen atom, a nitro group, or a monovalent organic group;
• R2 and R3 each are a chain alkyl group which may have a substituent, a cyclic organic group which may have a substituent, or a hydrogen atom;
• R2 and R3 may be bonded to one another to form a ring;
• R4 is a group represented by the following formula (R4-1) or (R4-2);
• n is an integer of 0 to 4;
• and
• R4(s) included in each of the formula (1-3) and the formula (1-4) may be the same as or different from each other
• wherein R7 and R8 are each an organic group, p is an integer of 0 to 4;
• q is an integer of 1 to 8;
• r is an integer of 1 to 5;
• s is an integer of 0 to (r+3);
• and R9 is an organic group.

A method for producing a compound represented by the following formula (2-3), the method comprising:

• introducing an acyl group represented by —CO—CH2—R4 into a compound represented by the following formula (1-1):
• by a Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction to obtain a compound represented by the following formula (2-1):
• and
• oximating a methylene group existing between R4 and a carbonyl group in the compound represented by the formula (2-1) to obtain a compound represented by the following formula (2-3),
• wherein, in the formulas (1-1), (2-1), and (2-3), R1 is a hydrogen atom, a nitro group, or a monovalent organic group;
• R2 and R3 each are a chain alkyl group which may have a substituent, a cyclic organic group which may have a substituent, or a hydrogen atom;
• R2 and R3 may be bonded to one another to form a ring;
• R4 is a group represented by the following formula (R4-1) or (R4-2);
• n is an integer of 0 to 4;
• and
• R4(s) included in each of the formula (2-1) and the formula (2-3) may be the same as or different from each other
• wherein R7 and R8 are each an organic group, p is an integer of 0 to 4;
• q is an integer of 1 to 8;
• r is an integer of 1 to 5;
• s is an integer of 0 to (r+3);
• and R9 is an organic group.
